Scooter's Coffee

I had a free medium drink Reward showing in the app, but when I tried to scan in the store it wasn’t showing a promo code. They asked me to close and reopen the app and I did it and showed them to do as it was supposed to. However, the app was not working properly and it didn’t show the code again. They told me to close and reopen again and the reward was gone…result? They didn’t grant me the reward! Unbelievable!

I didn’t know this place existed until yesterday! I’m so glad I passed it. I had the Strawberry Shortcake with a shot of espresso. The staff was very nice and the shake was great!! I look forward to visiting again!

Since Covid, hostile customer service is the norm. But this Scooters location has amazing staff that all greet you with a warm smile and positive attitude! Grabbing something here every time I’m in the area- just to support this business practice. Drinks were also good and reasonably priced!

Edit 1/10/26: I have been a couple more times and the coffee was much better. One thing to know is that they give very small pots of creamer. So if you like a lot in your coffee you have to ask for like 5/6 in the small cup. The food has been great. Cinnamon roll, egg bites were awesome and so was the sausage and cheese everything bagel. I have been excited to try Scooters and today I stopped by for the first time. I got a coffee with cream, b/c I thought that can't be messed up and would be a good place to start. Well.... when I got to work, I opened the cup and there were thousands of white foamy specks floating in my coffee. It looks like curdled milk.... what is very frustrating is that the person who fixed the coffee saw that and served it anyway. Now I am at work without coffee!!! First world problems, I know. They were very nice, but I probably won't be back.

Excellent service and attention to detail a 10/10 experience. The coffee and blended frappe were well prepared, but I feel like the coffee flavor could be stronger, as they were a bit too milky. I’ll definitely be coming back, but I’d love to see a richer coffee taste. Thanks for the great experience!
